The Recipe to Forgetting Your Own Name
Hey everyone,
Between my best friend Stephanie and I, we have came up with the ultimate recipe to forgetting our own names. It all started yesterday when we were discussing what we were going to do for the week-end. I asked her if she had any plans, she said to get drunk and forget what her name was. I got to thinking…how does one go about this pesky task? Here is out rough draft:
2 Best Friends
1 Half Gallon of Vokda
1 Hole in the Wall club
And LOTS of drunken dancing with random guys.
Mix, not stir, together the two best friends and a liberal amount of vodka, combine remaining vodka and mixer into two carry containers to use for later. CAREFULLY, transport the mix of the best friends and vodka to the Hole in the Wall club. Add the lots of really hot guys into the mix with loud dancing music. Cautiously add the carry containers full of the remaining vodka and mixer into the drunken substance and find that perfect spot between incoherence and "just one more sip." This recipe is like a fine soufllee, a perfect balance between forgetting your name and winding up in the hospital with alcohol poisioning. Only the best of drunken chefs should attempt.
HEHE…I can’t wait:) We’re going to have so much fun tonight. But I guess I’m going to get to work, and respond to my notes. Holler at your bitch…:P

deja vu. except our recipe used for jager cranberry juice and a splash of ginger ale..throw that in a mix, serve equally..add a hole in the wall rock bar..that had a couple of pretty cool bands playing…scratch the guys, add in a few kick ass rocker chicks..and lets just say my name wasn’t the only one i forogt..=/ im sure you will have a blast..nothing like good time with best friends.

RYN: I’m finding that as I inch closer to 30 I can’t bounce back from my drinking like I used to be able to! I’ve given up on any pride I had about hangovers though. *lol* I can’t claim mine was anything at all except expensive tequila over-applied. Hope you have fun with your best friend!

ooh, vodka. I LOVE vodka. RYN: My sister is into renfaire stuff and I saw some people weaving there. It IS really relaxing, very meditative. I like that show too but I’ve missed so much that I don’t like to watch it anymore, because I’m so confused. 🙂

RYN: No, Sarah is my little sister. I wouldn’t be worried about passing bipolar disorder onto my own kids, though, because it is pretty manageable. If I have bipolar, I don’t think it is severe, because it doesn’t debilitate me. Sometimes I get pretty worked up but it never lasts too long.
