The Most Amazing Man in my Life

Hey everyone,

I’ve been promising this entry for a while now, but I’ve been a little busy at work. Gosh, what a concept…actually doing things at my job. Sheesh. 😛

I guess, that before you can really appreciate the amazing character, generosity, and wholly caring personality that make up my boo you need to hear about some of the winners I had before him. (get ready to sigh and shake your head) After Charlie and I broke up, as I’ve previous stated, I went through a phase I simply call crazy/promisicous. I hit the club a lot, went to a lot of frat parties, and drank way too much. Amazingly though, that’s where I met the man I’m happy to call mine:) But to the "before"…I’m going to stick strictly to relationships/men with pivotal effects on my life.
Jimmy, he was in between Charlie and my second to last and last relationship reopen. He was nucking futs, and he scared me. He told me he loved me after a month of talking… We dated for a few days, then I got back with Charlie. He got really close, and I didn’t help push him away. I was really confused, and I didn’t want to hurt him. So I ended up leaving a party we went to with Jason, it ended up being really akward. But with enough drinks and not enough personal space a person can do some crazy things.
Jason in July, fresh out of my nearly 3 year relationship I find a completely insane hepatologist (well taking courses, it’s the study of turtles and animals like that:P) I thought that is what I wanted and I pushed a little harder for something more than I should’ve, he was also indecisive and bipolar. Not a good mix. We are still vaguely friends, I wish him happy holidays via text messaging. Not a good start, but quite a learning experience in Heinz sight:P
Jeff the Asian in August, he had a really NICE car. A honda 2 door Accord with Lambo doors and a nice system. Freakin sweet buddy. That lasted all of a month, I was all about some getting in to a serious relationships and he was controlling. It ended up being a bad mix and he broke up with me a few days before my birthday in September. It ended a little violently we had two showdowns one AT Steph and my birthday party and once again outside his house…it was a really bad time for me emotionally.
John, completely random hook-up…but we still talk quite a bit.
William, in October, GET THIS had just gotten out of jail. I was friends with his twin brother and we started talking once he got out and soon hooked up. Unfortunately he had a finacee that he was living with. So we’re sneaking around all 007 to spend some time together. He ended up being a really big player and a jack ass. We lasted maybe a month…
Wow, a list FULL of winners, I could start a sports team with all the fu<k ups I had.

You got a brief overview of the ones who don’t matter, now to the one who does. Michael. He is the most amazing guy I’ve ever met. We met at a frat party, we were both drunk and flirting. At first I wasn’t too into him…mainly because he was incoherant at the time and then I soon found out he was friends with my ex the asian. He worked with him through the city road dept (Michael is crew chief and Jeff was an inmate helper from the county jail *picks em*) so that kind of dissuaded me. We ended up trading #’s before Jeff and I got together and that was the last I thought about it. I believe I called him up one night to come out and drink, but it ended up cancelling. That party I believe was sometime in July early August, and I texted messaged Michael randomly in December. We started talking more frequently, and he asked me if I would like to go out sometime. I’d just been through quite a few disappointments and I surprised both him and myself when I agreed.
Our first date was simple and casual. It was a Monday evening December 17th, we met up in Murray and I followed him back out to his house. I had no idea what to expect, all that I knew about him was that he was at the party and worked at the Murray Road Dept. So things were a little akward at first. We ended up staying in that night cause both of us had been through a long day at work, and we just wanted to sit back and relax. We talked a lot that night and learned about each other. Ya’ll already know about me so here are a few facts about him.
Michael is 32, divorced, no children, grew up in the Murray/Hazel area, works at Murray Rd Dept and has for 10 years, has a 2nd job at C-mart in Hazel, only child of his parents they divorced when he was young both remarried his dad had another son.
Our second date was a little more thought out, we’re both indecisive so it was hard for us to come to a decision. We finally decided on going to see a movie, we watched I Am Legend…AWESOME movie. We’ve seen quite a few together since then. He is a perfect gentleman, always pays (which is completely new to me, I still get the tab occasionally), opens doors for me, asks me what I want to do, he’s just so caring and considerate.
We actually have a lot in common, he’s 12 years older than me, but the age is the only real difference. It doesn’t matter to me, and it doesn’t concern him either. We are so compatible together. We like the same movies, music, tv shows, and foods. We’re both giving, spontaneous, crazy, loving, and CRAZY IN LOVE with one another. He’s my everything.

But my boss is here, I’ll have to write more later.
