YESTERDAY
Make your own Countdown Clocks
Yesterday I met my cousin and friend for lunch at a fish restaurant. The food was delicious. My friend was very confrontational with my cousin. I don’t know how they have been friends for so long!!!!!!!!!!!! I was happy to eat and leave as I realized that I just don’t like this woman. After I left I went to buy gas. I decided to go to a huge mall to a French book store. It is wonderful. It has a lot of notebooks etc. without lines which I love. Then I came home. I had a quick nap.
I spoke to my hubby who is busy getting the condo organized. I am so lucky and glad he goes down first.
Then I spoke to my daughter for about an hour. We talked about my son and his girlfriend. They were just there for a visit. Then we talked about her boyfriend. I think I wrote before that he is Chinese. She met him in a chat room when she was 17! I can’t believe it. They have been in touch ever since. He lives in Toronto. She use to have LONG conversations with him when she was much younger. It seems like it is meant to be. Right now she is enjoying having a boyfriend because he is her first and only. It was great talking to her about my son and him.
No special plans for today. I am suppose to take my granddaughter. I sent my son an email and he never wrote back. Maybe he’ll call later. His girlfriend is out of town on business. I will be happy NOT to take her. I have some messages I can do like dropping off cookbooks at my daughter’s friend, getting a car wash, starting to pack etc.
So I guess I’ll take in the newspaper and have breakfast. Maybe I’ll do the WII.
I hate people like that.

It’s hard to understand other people’s friendships/marriages. Sometimes it looks more like hate than love!

Now and then one of those “don’t like” people comes around. I met such a lady several years ago and now she is one of my best friends although we still sometimes rub oneanother wrong.

That’s neat that your son and this girl have cultivated this friendship/relationship for so long!
