WILL I EVER BE DONE? -OK

I’m always amazed at just how much is involved in celebrating Passover:

inviting people for the seders

cleaning

deciding on the menus for the two seders

cleaning

changing the dishes

I buy some food ahead of time as I want to make sure I can get what I want.

buying meat – freezing it – deciding when to defrost it and cook it

buying the other Passover food

buying fruits and vegies

buying dairy products(I need to buy the food so it is not too early)

preparing the food – what to cook when – what can be cooked ahead – what can be cooked at the last minute

setting the tables

preparing the seder service – one for the seder with more children and one for adults

I am just about finished. I have an order coming soon. Friday I have to pick up the chopped liver and other prepared foods that my cousin ordered. Saturday I have the vegies and fruit salad being delivered. Anything to make it a bit easier for me.

My sister will be here for a few days so not only will she be a big help but it will be great being together.

Tonight is my second singing lesson. Time for my nap.
