WILL HE GET THE DEATH PENALTY? WILL THEY HANG HIM ON TV OR IN A PARK WHERE ALL CONVICTED DRUNK DRIVERS HAVE TO GO WATCH.  WILL THEY SHOW IT ON INTERNATIONAL TV?

i CERTAINLY HOPE SO.

BETTER YET CAN THE FAMILY SLOWLY CUT HIM INTO LITTLE PIECES UNTIL HE DIES.

I AM SURE YOU CAN TELL HOW ANGRY I AM. I WANT TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENS TO THESE SCUM????????????????????????????

violence breeds violence…..its time to start the healing…. that is sad about the boy but vengeance will not bring him back. We need to look at changing hearts generally, that is the only long term solution to all this stuff. hugs

Hmmmm. I’m glad no-one ever publically executed me when I had my moments acting like scum. I’ve been an idiot, I’ve been violent, I’ve been scum. I’ve also been a victim. None of these things are painless. I can’t begin to imagine the pain of losing a child, but nor can I imagine living with the guilt of having killed one. I can only feel pity for both parties.

Still, I imagine I’d feel the anger if it were my child. Sigh. With thoughts of vengeance I’m reminded of a line from Tori Amos’ “crucify”: … Just what God needs – one more victim Does it really help to make another victim through vengeance?

I can understand your rage over this. But I’m with the noters above; does vengeance make things any better or just add to the violence? Why was the driver drunk? There are attachments that can prevent a person starting a car till they’ve breathed into them, proving their blood alcohol level is acceptable. I’d rather work towards fitting those than towards vengeance.
