WHAT I HAVE TO DO
I MUST STOP BEING CRANKY, AND MISERABLE AND SAD. I HAVE SO MUCH TO BE GRATEFUL FOR. I’M SO TIRED OF DRAGGING MYSELF AROUND!!!!!!!!!!!! I JUST DON’T UNDERSTAND MYSELF BUT I AM CERTAINLY GETTING FED UP WITH MYSELF.
IF I HAVE NOTHING THAT I MUST DO I SLEEP. I NAP ON THE CHAIR. I NAP ON THE COUCH. I HAVE SO MUCH I CAN DO. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH ME????????????? MAYBE I HAVE REACHED THE BOTTOM AND WILL START MOVING UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WE ARE GOING TO EAT SUPPER SOON. AFTER I CLEAN UP I MUST BE PRODUCTIVE. I CAN’T SIT ON THE COUCH AND SLEEP. I AM FINALLY FED UP WITH ME. I ONLY SEE THE PSYCHOLOGIST ONCE A MONTH. MAYBE I WILL HAVE TO SEE HER MORE OR MAYBE I JUST HAVE TO TAKE MYSELF IN HAND. MAYBE I NEED TO BE BUSY. I NEED TO BE BUSY AND THAT TAKES MY MIND OFF NAPPING ETC.
THE FIXTURES I CHOSE FOR THE NEW CONDO ARE NOT THE BEST. THE ONE IN OUR BEDROOM IS TOO LOW. I THOUGHT THE DECORATOR HAD CHECKED IT. SO WHEN WE WENT OVER TODAY I WAS NOT HAPPY. THE FIXTURE IN MY CRAFT ROOM IS ALSO LOW. I WONDER IF THE CEILINGS ARE USUALLY HIGHER!!!!!!!!!!
I HAVE TO SEND MY PSYCHOLOGIST THE LIST OF MEDICATION I’M ON. SHE’S GOING TO SEE IF THEY ARE AFFECTING MY MOOD. I DOUBT IT AS IT’S BEEN GOING ON TOO LONG.
SO I BETTER SERVE SUPPER. FISH AND LITTLE POTATOES AND SALAD.
if you have new medication from your psychologist that should hopefully help your depression and moods, but it may take a week or two for any affect to be noticed. Be patient with yourself. hugs P

Try to chage your routine. Do something new that will challenge your brain. We are all so set in our ways – conditioned by our own ways. Just do something totally different and really new. Perhaps it will start a new cycle in the sub-conscious, or something.

You know if you are really and truly clinically depressed you can’t just snap out of it as some people think, there is a chemical imbalance in the brain. I am wondering if the seizure you had is having a lasting effect on your mood. You never seemed this depressed before the seizure.

I hope your psychologist can help. Sleeping is a sign of depression. People seem to think that depression only occurs because of “bad” things, but that’s not true. Stress comes in many forms, moving being high up on the list, and can trigger depression. *hugs* to you. You have no reason to be disgused with yourself. Have you considered getting into a regular exercise routine outside your home? Exercise provides a natural rush of “feel good” and often helps with mild depression.
