WALKING

I will be doing more walking now that’s for sure. I started yesterday by walking home from playing Canasta. I could have taken a lift but I chose not to. It’s not that far anyways. Maybe 15 minutes. I did it and I know I can walk alot further. That will get me in better shape for our trip to Israel. I must keep up with my children and grandchildren.

The pool has reopened so I will start swimming again. I don’t think I will do laps in the deep pool but I will walk in the recreation pool. I am sure it is just as good especially since I will be walking back and forth to the pool.

Lately I am finding that my pants are getting tighter. I don’t know why as I have been exercising on the Wii for 30 minutes.

Not much else. Friday is YOM KIPPUR. I am not sure if my kids are coming for supper or not. I just sent them an email. I have to know if I have to prepare for supper or not.

Tonight is bridge here. I have to get some fruit. I won’t serve much as most of us don’t want to eat at night.

That’s it and that’s all.

good for you for getting in that walk–baby steps, baby steps. What about your bike—have you/can you ride it?

Walking can be a good thing. Work your way up. Love,

I can see that you keep active. That’s really good.

I wish I had your resolve! I should walk but don’t and I don’t have a good excuse!
