UP TO DATE

I can’t believe that I haven’t written for so long. I better catch you up on what’s been doing! I’m sure you have missed my entries…………
First my computer was sick so I gave it to my son for repairs. He reinstalled the operating system so it is now running much better. I was using my hubby’s old laptop in the meantime.
Then of course I was busy unpacking. I still have tons to do but slowly but surely it is getting done. Today my cleaning lady was here. We took boxes down to the locker and to the storage room. We reorganized some of the stuff in the storage room. I didn’t get rid of anything today. I brought up some boxes so maybe I’ll get rid of some stuff.
Over the weekend we were in Toronto. On Friday night we went for supper with my daughter, my sister and her hubby. We went to Pizza Hut. The pizza was yummy and we had a pleasant evening.
Saturday morning we went to visit hubby’s brother. Then we went to a birthday party from hubby’s cousin. He was turning 70!
In the afternoon we rested. At night we went for supper and I finally met my daughter’s boyfriend. He looked different than I expected. He was short and stocky. He’s a very outgoing and friendly man.
Sunday morning we went to see hubby’s brother again. We also saw their grandchildren. I use to be more excited to see children…………….
Then we met my daughter and her boyfriend. We brought her some stuff from here. Then we went for lunch and to hit some balls. Apparently he is interested in learning golf and wants my daughter to play also. All in all he seems like a very nice boy. My daughter thinks he’s the one so………….
At night hubby wasn’t hungry so I went out to eat with my two favourite cousins and my sister. We had a wonderful evening. I always enjoyed being with them.
Monday we drove home once again to unpack etc. It’s interesting but when we walked into the condo I was so happy. I guess I just like to be home.
