UP EARLY ND ABOUT -OK
I have a busy day ahead. I am picking up my granddaughter at ten so have to have breakfast, shower and get dressed soon. I was planning to go out for breakfast but it’s early so I will eat here. If I leave now I will probably get caught in traffic. I love McDonald’s hash browns so maybe I’ll stop on the way.
I am planning to take her swimming first. Then we’ll come here for lunch. We will paint together and hang out. Tonight I want to take her to Israeli dancing if she’s not too tired. It’s the first time I am taking her out alone for the day.
Yesterday I went with hubby to check out bathroom and kitchen sinks since both need to be changed. Hubby finally said we can do it. So we are installing a garburetor in the kitchen plus a soap dispenser and a hot water tap. Hubby would enjoy a stall shower but it would be too expensive probably.
I guess there isn’t much else going on. I am still going on the treadmill as often as possible. I am still not eating after supper even though I am hungry some nights. I don’t think I have lost weight but it’s healthier not eating I am sure. One of my friends at bridge did say she thinks I lost weight. The scale doesn’t show it. I am still decorating my eggs. I am too lazy to figure out how to post them here.
So time for breakfast and to get on with the rest of the day. Have a good one.

Maybe you’ve lost inches? Sometimes muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are slimming down you may have gained a little muscle and the weight is not going down, but the inches are. You should measure yourself.
