TODAY’S THOUGHTS

 

I am looking forward to Passover. Even though it is a lot of work I enjoy having the family over. I enjoy carrying on the tradition. I have help – as much as I need. Of course it isn’t as easy as it use to be but I am ok. I have been doing it for so long that I have it down to a system. I start way before to cook. I freeze ahead. I buy some food. My cousin sends side dishes. I serve much less. It is ok. Not to say I will continue in the new condo. I probably won’t. I have a whole day and night to do stuff. For example during the day I can pack a few boxes. I can scrapbook a little. I can have a nap etc. I don’t need to do anything in a rush. I can cook and freeze.
This morning we are going to the new condo to meet with the painter so I must cut this short. More later.
