TIRED BUT HAPPY

I must admit to being tired but it’s a happy kind of tired.
This morning hubby and I went for a fasting blood test. Then we went to McDonalds for breakfast. We came home and I played on the WII for awhile. I spent some time with my Herbalife business. I am getting closer to completing the training. Hubby and I had lunch. Then I went to pick up my grandchildren. It’s a challenge for sure. We got in the car and I gave them each a package of gum. They didn’t like their package so we switched around. Then my granddaughter didn’t like her gum. She kept spitting it out and wanting more. Finally I tried to explain that gum is for chewing for a LONG time. She wanted more so I told her she would have to wait until we got home. She didn’t like that a bit so started crying. I ignored her and finally her brother gave her another piece. The boys were sitting together in the back and happy enough because they were playing their DS! We got home and the boys played with the WII. My son came home! The boys started arguing so we gave up on the WII. We tried to have supper but they are SOOOOOOOOOO fussy. I made nuggets and rice. They hardly ate anything. Finally they went to play and it was noisy but they got along. I talked to my son for awhile and then they left.
I was disappointed as I thought we would all bowl but it’s late and they were too tired. We should have gotten together tomorrow afternoon instead.
After they left Hubby and I played two games of bowling. I am not bowling as good as I use to. Not sure why. I did some of the other games and finally came here as I was really too tired.
So that was my exciting day.

My nieces are like that too about the gum. They chew it for about two minutes, want to spit it out and get a new piece.

I do not miss the days of trying to feed small children. I hope it is easier with grandchildren, because I imagine I will not be doing that again until I am a grandmother.
