THE WEEKEND

The weekends are getting better in the country. WHY?

Two sisters have taken me under their wing and spend the day with me on Saturday. Mostly we go into town shopping which I always tried to avoid because I didn’t want to spend money. Now I save most of my weekly money to spend in the country. So it all works out. They are very caring. One drives; the other treats me to lunch.
In the evening we don’t sit in the trailer which I always did before. We walk over to friends. Saturday night one of the sisters invited us for coffee. 
Sunday I walked around the campground. I talked to some of my friends. Then I cut out coupons with a few friends. I don’t know if I’ll use them but it’s fun to do it together. Then we had lunch. I walked over to another friend and the sisters came too. We played two games of scrabble. We drove home.
I finally realized that I have to do what my friends like. I just couldn’t get them to do crafts when they clearly were not interested. So now I do what they like. Cutting coupons, shopping, and playing SCRABBLE!
Once we got home I did two loads of washing and made supper. My son came over. Poor kid! He fell OUT OF LOVE with his girlfriend. He is also working for a company that does a lot of scamming. He has worked two weeks and has yet to be paid. Apparently there is little money if any. I think he is going to try to get paid today and if he doesn’t he will be looking for a new job! The company sells magazines. Once they get the credit card number they charge other stuff……..
So this morning I sold my camera. I wanted 300. I got 260!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s ok. I wonder what else I could sell. I put twenty in my savings bottle for New York, 80 for my cleaning lady and the 200 will go into my checking account so I can pay some bills. I am doing very well with my bills. YEAH ME!
So I guess I will move on with my day.
