THE SEDERS ARE OVER

The seders are over for another year!!! Tonight was wonderful. My two sons were here. My three grandchildren were here and my son’s girlfriend. My nephew and his wife was here. My cousin was here with her two sons and three grandchildren. It is so exciting to see our children and my cousin’s children with their children!!!!!!!!!
Anyhow I did a very different service this year so the children would understand and enjoy it. I also told the children that they should choose an adult to sit with. I told everyone to sit in a different place. I told them if they usually sit on the left to sit on the right etc. My granddaughter chose me. I wonder if my hubby was upset that none of the children chose him. He doesn’t really have much of a relationship with them so I guess that’s why.
We read some of the Haggadah but mostly I told the story and asked questions. I think this was better as the children were involved. I guess  they are older and learned a lot of the story at school.
So all in all we had plenty of food. We sang songs and played some instruments. It was a fun relaxing evening.
