THE SECOND DAY
Day two was fine. The weather wasn’t. A lot of the time it was snowing and/or raining. I was driving through mountains. I don’t like it but I was ok. I was noshing – sunflower seeds, chips, water and tootsie pops. Eating keeps me awake and aware! I also listened to talk radio – Dr. Laura and music – all kinds. So the time passed. For lunch I stopped at an OLIVE GARDEN. I had their Chieckn Marsala – delicious. I also had their sale. One of the best I’ve eaten. I stopped by a Bookstore called BAM. They have a lot religious items. I bought the third book in the series – 39 clues. I am almost finished the second book. It is very interesting and I am trying to think how I can send my grandchildren clues for them to work on while I’m away. Any ideas?
I am staying at a Hampton Inn about ten minutes away from Hersheys in Pennsylvania. I am so tempted to stop there tomorrow but I won’t because I don’t think they have any sugar free. Maybe I’ll check online.
I ordered pizza and onion rings for supper and ate in the room. I only got here at six. I didn’t feel like going out again.
So now I am watching MINUTE TO WIN IT. So much fun.
Good night. More driving tomorrow. Hope the weather will be better.
