THE LAST FEW DAYS

Wednesday I went out for lunch with my friend and cousin. It was ok. My poor cousin was very HOT and had to leave early. I stayed with my friend and we had a great chat. then I went to visit my friend whose husband is dying. She was thrilled to see me. She burst out crying and said that it was the first time she broke down. her husband is dying. She says she has a lot of support so luckily I got there when she was all alone. Maybe I’ll go back next week.
On Thursday I went swimming in the morning and then went to pick up my granddaughter. She is such a "big" girl now. When I first met her she was a toddler. She knew what she wanted to do. We went to an indoor park. She had a great time. She went on one of these simulated three d rides all alone. A very brave little soul! Then we went to meet her mother for supper. I have to admit that my DIL is doing a great job bringing up her kids.  Of course I haven’t seen her discipline them for quite awhile.
I lost one of my house keys during the afternoon. I called the places we had been. I guess I will need to make a copy.
Now we are at the trailer. I don’t know why I’m not sleeping but I’m not. In the morning my hubby complained that I made some copies. OY! I don’t know why he says anything. What else is the printer for? It makes me so angry and upset. I guess I am just too sensitive. We got ready and drove out to the trailer. It’s been raining ever since. I was so tempted to stay home but I want to do some shopping tomorrow and it is so much cheaper here. I want to look for some bathing suits. I saw some bottoms at Walmart yesterday but no tops. They were only nine dollars so I’m wondering if I should buy them and then look for tops. I will go to Kmart and JC Penney tomorrow. Since I go swimming just about every day I really need more bathing suits.
My friend met us for lunch and spent a couple of hours with us.
We came home. I had supper and then watched the Olympics. I’m actually getting tired of it.
