THANKSGIVING DAY

Thanksgiving was a very relaxing day. I prepared supper slowly and even had time for the swimming pool and a nap. At the pool I worked on my needlepoint. It is strange because last year I had so much trouble seeing the canvas and this winter I am having no trouble at all?
For supper I had two couples. One I have known forever and the other I met in Florida over ten years ago.
Supper was delicious and quiet! We had great conversation. The women helped me clean up. If you look in my kitchen you wouldn’t know I had visitors.
I did not do any shopping yet. This morning I will go swimming as usual and to my stained glass.
Then I am going to take my friend shopping. It is going to be her first full winter here. I told her boyfriend, my very old and dear friend, to go play golf and I would "babysit" his wife.
She’s coming swimming with me and then will return home. After stained glass I will pick her up and take her food shopping. We will go to Aldis and then Publix.
I want to go to Michaels. I might go with her or after I take her home. I am going to buy a huge canvas at 50% off. I am going to try to paint at the clubhouse on Saturdays.
At night we are going out for supper with another couple. Hubby and I have decided to go out for supper once a week! It will save us money even though we won’t "see" it.
Saturday night we are going to my cousin’s for supper. They just bought a new condo. I have to figure out what to buy them.
So back to bed perchance to sleep!!!!!!!!!!!!
