STRANGE
I was rereading my diary in September 9/11. My psychologist wanted to know if there was anything special that was happening in my life that would make me give up on religion and life in general. The strangest thing is I don’t mention 9/11 at all!!!!!!!!! I don’t understand. It was such an important event. I remember that I was on the treadmill when I saw the planes flying into the buildings. Was I too traumatized?
Anyhow I saw other things going on in my life that were upsetting such as:
My mother was sick, old and in a senior home
My daughter came home from university
fighting with my hubby over money-an ongoing thing
feeling I had little control in my life
going to the campground when I didn’t really want to
I am anxious to see what my psychologist will make of it.
Tonight we went to a meeting from our condo. Very interesting and most of the people were very friendly.
I am having a flush. Will I ever get rid of them????????
I’m still having them and it’s been years!!

It is fascinating to have someone who is able to explain us to ourselves sometimes. My sister is going to be 68 in October and still has night sweats. So at least you’re not the only one…. even though I’m sure knowing that really doesn’t help! hugs, Nicky

Try adding a bit of soy into your diet, that usually helps the hot flashes. I don’t get them anymore thank god.
