SO WHAT???????????
"I asked your son to ask her again for her plans. 3 years in a row , we’ve made our plans around her and just once I’d like to celebrate Mothers day altogether properly."
What does properly mean anyways???????
This is an email I received from my son’s girlfriend. REALLY?????????????? So what? That is one reason I would like to cancel Mother’s Day. Be nice to me all year and forget one day. It cause so much stress on so many families.
My son has his son on Mother’s Day as it is his week. SO WHAT? When you wake up in the morning drop him off at his Mother’s or better yet why not take him there the night before. It’s always an issue with my "DIL." As much as I would love to see my grandson it doesn’t have to be on Mother’s Day. I think he should be with HIS mother.
SO WHAT DO YOU THINK?????????????
SHE SHOULD KNOW THAT THERE WILL ALWAYS BE COMPLICATIONS AND SHE SHOULD LOOK TO MAKE IT EASIER NOT HARDER!!!!!
Going to look for lamps. More later.

I think you are great to want your grandson to be with HIS mom on Mother’s Day! You are a very good Bubbe, and you see what the girlfriend does not see, that the boy should be with his own mom! The girlfriend is NOT his mother. She never will be either. She needs to wake up.

I agree with you, your grandson should be with his own mother on Mother’s Day, she gave birth to him after all!

You’re right. Your grandson should be with his mother. I hate how divorce makes special days so much harder on everyone.
