SHIT!!!!!!!!

While making coffee this morning I looked in my cutlery drawers. UGH!!!!! Mice shit!!!!!!!!! I had told my cleaning lady to CLEAN the kitchen. Take everything out. WASH and put back. She took our money but I don’t think she did it. At least she didn’t do the drawers. I am afraid to look through the other cupboards. Anyhow I emptied all the drawers and the mice shit and washed everything. It didn’t take long at all and I got to throw out some stuff I’m not using. Now I can’t take a shower yet as I used up all the hot water. I’m sure it won’t take long to heat up.
This morning I am going to finish sewing the borders on my quilt cover. Then I will go into town for a few things. This afternoon we are working on jewelery. It’s been raining all night and still raining. Time to go dry the cutlery and put everything away.

uh-oh! Methinks one cleaning lady is in very hot water!

I would inspect the place first before paying for the service. We just had a rat in ours but finally after a week it’s gone, hope it died from all the baits we put out for it. Hope it’s better this week for you,

Mice are a pain in the butt! We get them in our basement every winter and have to set traps. Never have seen them in the kitchen as of yet. Wish you could send that rain our way. Everything is dry and crispy here and it’s 93 out there right now. 🙁

Sorry you had to do that cleaning. If you use that cleaning lady again, maybe you need to SHOW her what to do. Sometimes people just don’t get it.

oh i HATE that.. *shudders* but i have six very good cats in the house so i do NOT have to worry about stupid rodents. really… *laughs* we get dead ones on our porch all the time.

Ick!! Hey! I got the cookbook last week just before we left for Thailand. It’s GREAT! Thank you so so much. 🙂 🙂 I checked the postmarked date, and it took over two months to get here. Wow. Thanks again. 🙂
