QUIET AND WONDERFUL

I invited five friends for supper. One couple are very old friends. My hubby has known the man since he was five. The other couple and woman I met at the campground.
I invited them for five o’clock. Usually the men and women sit separate but tonight we sat altogether. Hubby served drinks and we had some snacks. Abut six I prepared a very light supper. We had bagels, cream cheese and lox, some spinach pancakes, herring, pizza and salad. We had fruit, cookies and spumoni for dessert. We sat around till after nine talking. Before they left we took out the leaf from my dining room table. There is more room to move around but we have two extra chairs. We put them at either end but I wish we had a better place for them. I’m not sure if it’s an improvement yet. Guess I’ll decide in a few days.

I went to sleep about ten but was tossing and turning. I didn’t have a nap so don’t know why I didn’t fall asleep.

I am starting to plan my scrapbook for my son. My room is organized. I opened the CRICUT and started to read the directions. I hope to use it a lot but I know I will have to practice.

So tomorrow is another busy day. In the morning I plan to go swimming. I am not sure if I should because my body has been sore the past few days. I don’t know if the swimming will help or aggravate it. I also do some exercises when I go to bed at night. I didn’t do them tonight. They were given to me by a physiotherapist for my back. I guess I’ll decide in the morning. 
Next I have to go to the bank. I need to buy a birthday card for my brother-in-law who will be turning 85!!!!! I also want to go to COSTCO and check out their frozen KOSHER meat. By three I have to be at my cousin to play Canasta. After that we are going for supper.
My Hanukah bush is still up. I am not sure when I will take it down. My friend is coming to Florida on Wednesday. I want her to see it.
I finished reading Boca Yente’s Slice if Life. Very fun! Now I have to decide what to read next.
So I want to read more Chapters from jjjumping’s book. So far it’s wonderful.
