So I am just about as ready as I can get for now. It’s time for my afternoon nap although I am so tempted to go for a swim. So today I made:
GREEK SALAD
BLACK BEAN SALAD
CHICKEN BREASTS WITH CRANBERRY SAUCE
CHICKEN LIVERS
MASHED POTATOES
MEATBALLS
I will also be serving some appetizers – hot dogs in blankets, tostitos and dip, chicken soup and noodles and also mocked chicken livers if it defrosts ok.
I haven’t really thought about dessert. I do have some berries and my friend is bringing cooked fruits so it should be enough. I was going to roast some vegies but I think I used them all up in the rest of the food.
I still haven’t heard from anyone in Herbalife. I don’t know what else I can do. I guess I’ll get on the call on Monday and complain again if I still haven’t heard anything.
I also washed the kitchen floor. It gets so filthy when I am cooking.
Hubby put out some stuff for the ants and roaches. Can I say good riddance?
