PASSOVER IS OVER

Passover finished last night about nine. Today I am cleaning up the kitchen – getting rid of all the Passover dishes and replacing them with my everyday dishes. It is a job and a half. It use to be much harder. We use to pack all the dishes up and take them downstairs. Now I am keeping most of them in cupboards in the kitchen so we don’t have any wrapping to do. We also have a lot less to carry down. I wish I had done this forty years ago!

This morning hubby and I went to the doctor. Hubby’s cholesterol is high. My sugar is high just as I thought. My blood pressure is high too so have to increase my medication. My thyroid showed up as over active. She thinks it is a false reading so have to have another blood test in a month and then call her. For the blood pressure and sugar I will start the treadmill tomorrow and hopefully that will look after both.

It’s a wonderful sunny day. Besides the dishes I am not planning much.

Back to work.

May I ask why you use different dishes for Passover?
