PARTY………..PARTY………….=OK

Well Friday night we celebrated my friend’s sixtieth birthday. We have been friends all our lives. Well we invited 18 friends in all. Hubby and I ordered a limo bus so we could all travel together but at the last minute it broke down so we had to travel in two LIMOS. We picked everyone up. It was exciting to see everyone’s reaction to the two limos.

When we went out of our condos neighbours were standing all over wondering what was going on. Then we travelled to Century Village. Ever heard of this place? It is located in Florida……..it is a community for seniors. Again we got stares and wonderment from everyone who saw two limos driving around in this otherwise quiet community.

On the way to the restaurant we drank champagne and made a toast to the birthday girl.

We arrived at the restaurant about 6:30. It was very upsetting because the restaurant had only set up for fifteen when we were 18! Whenever we go out as a big group this always happens!!!!!!!! Why is everyone so incompetent????? We had just been there on Monday to confirm our arrangements. Anyhow they finally added another table. The meal was delicious. Most of the guests had lambchops which I love. Others had shish k bob, fish etc.

Then the belly dancer came out and we had a ball. I sang a song which a few of us made up.

All in all the party was a huge success.
