NOTHING MUCH – ok

There’s nothing much doing at Gingers. Slowly I am trying to decide what to do with my life.

I didn’t sleep well last night. I started to think about dying and never being alive anymore. That certainly doesn’t help any peaceful sleeping. I was up twice during the night for a period of time. I only woke up around ten this morning.

In a little while I will go on the treadmill. I am too lazy to rush to go swimming at 12. I did go yesterday for about an hour and it was fine. The pool is about a half hour away. I didn’t think the water was warm enough but I did my exercise.

This afternoon I am picking up my grandson at school and bringing him here for supper. It will be the first time that I see him since I’m back from the trip.

I want to go on the treadmill soon and then do some messages before I pick him up. I don’t want to drag him to stores after school. So I will do my exercise and then go buy fish for supper.

Once I get out near his school I will get vitamins and then maybe go to the scrapbook store if I have time.

I wrote the leader from the March of the Living to see if she needs a volunteer but haven’t heard yet.

Hubby and I are reading a book called LETTER IN THE SCROLL. It’s asking the question why people stay Jewish and how the Jewish people have survived forever even after going through so much persecution. We are having a book review with the people who were on our trip.

So I just talked to my friend about a half hour. Time to get on the treadmill and start my day – late though it is. 12:00.

Have fun with your grandson

ryn-What a good idea, keeping track of your reading on file cards. It would have been good if I had done that in a way, to have the authors alphabetically. Oh well, either way is good. I write mine down in a journal type book. My daughter got me started on that a few years ago when she gifted me with a little book made just for that purpose. I read about an Englis woman about our age who has kept track of all the books she has ever read. Imagine that!

Oops, that should have been “English” woman.

Don’t you hate it when you get thoughts of death and dying? Sure to keep you awake at night.

its good you are willing to be a volunteer, and I’m sure you’ll hear back soon. Without a purpose to fulfil life must get rather difficult at times…..but doing something creative and something constructive is good. hugs P
