NIGHTTIME

This morning I went swimming. At that time I decided I will not attend an aerobic class. It may be good for my heart but I don’t know if it  would be good for my back. I will stick to swimming an hour as many mornings as I can and call it a day.
This afternoon we went to see the Florida Follies. The singers and dancers were between 65 and 93! Can you just imagine dancing and singing at that age? It was fabulous. As the saying goes use it or lose it. That goes for the mind and body!!!!
Tonight we went for supper. I thought we were going with one friend but she went right after the show at 4. They hadn’t eaten lunch but we had so we decided to go later with other friends. We went to Olive Garden. I had the chicken marsala which was delicious. I just finished a load of washing. I’ll do another one in the morning. Since I go swimming and then I have art in the afternoon I wanted to get a head start on the washing.
I am working on some quilts for the woman’s shelter back home. A friend here belongs to the quilting guild at home. She brought some to make and asked me to help her. I’m happy to be back to sewing. I am cutting out squares to make a rag quilt for a baby. I like working on different projects as I get bored so easily.
Anyhow I think I’ll get to bed. Until tomorrow stay happy and healthy.

That is wonderful that you are making quilts for the women’s shelter! And I’d enjoy seeing the Follies. I so admire people who stay active all through their lives! hugs, Weesprite

You are very productive — good for you.

I plan on dancing until I die. My wish is that I drop dead of a heart attack while I am dancing when I am 93. Wha a way to go! I take a dance class 2 or 3 times a week and I love it. Been dancing since I was 3 years old.

This is great. That follies show sounds delightful!! Glad you are just going to do the swimming and not the aerobics. Sometimes we can hurt our backs, like you said. Have a good sleep. BigHugz.
