NERVOUS

I am nervous about having another seizure and I think hubby is too. I guess it’s understandable but nerve wracking never the less. Yesterday a friend picked me up and we went to the Festival Flea Market. I had my hair done and also a manicure. I walked around a little but didn’t buy anything. I did see two purses I liked but I resisted. I wasn’t there to shop!
We came home and had lunch. Then we walked over to the pool. I did my needlepoint for awhile. My sister-in-law walked over for a short time. Then I came back for a nap. At night we had a 70th birthday party. I just can’t believe how old we all are. The food was very good which was surprising as they were serving so many people.
We have no plans for today. I guess we’ll go to the pool in the afternoon. One neighbour is being sent home so maybe I’ll offer to help. Her husband had a stroke about 20 years ago and hasn’t been doing too well. He kept falling so they took him into the hospital. The insurance is insisting that they leave. I’ll find out more this morning.
Having the seizure reminded us again just how vulnerable we all are. It’s still a scary thought!!!!!!! I am not sure if hubby wants to go on the cruise. I don’t know if we should go or not. I guess we’ll ask the doctor when I go for my follow up appointment next week. If we don’t go I feel bad for the couple we were planning to go with.
It’s only six and I’m up. I guess I can always have a nap later.
The weather has been wonderful – sunny and warm. Sorry for those of you who are freezing up north.
So it’s time for break fast. Maybe I’ll read a few of your entries first. I haven’t read too many lately.
