MY TRIP TO NY – OK

So my trip to New York is over. Tomorrow morning we leave for Florida. It’s a good thing because I ended up spending way too much and we will have to be extremely careful the rest of the trip.
We ended up seeing five plays. The Radio City Music Christmas spectacular was great. Then I saw Altar Boys – also good. Yesterday we saw Fuerza Bruta. It was amazing. If you ever have a chance to see it I would highly recommend it. Today we saw Avenue Q – very different played with puppets and finally tonight In the Heights which I didn’t enjoy as much as the others.
I don’t know where my money went but it sure went!!!! I spent a lot on meals, taxis etc. I’m not sorry. We have three days to drive. We’ve had a good time so now we will just tighten our belts. My daughter is not back yet. She met a friend after the play so will be catching the 12:30 bus. I guess she’ll be here after 1. I want to repack my purse and other stuff so I won’t be going to bed too soon.
I’m watching NANNY on TV. She’s my favourite after I LOVE LUCY.
So I guess that brings you up to date. I don’t know when I’ll have a chance to read your latest. Sure hope everyone is well.

I’m glad you had a good time in NY! I’d love to see the Radio City Christmas spectacular… it’s a goal of mine to make it to NYC over a Christmas season at some point in my life, and that’ll definitely be on the list! I’ve been to Radio City Music Hall- what a gorgeous place! Have a save drive!

New York is so festive this time of year! You did it up right and there’s no reason to regret anything! Have a good and safe drive.

new york is so fun, isn’t it? i lived in new york for about 5 months when i was a student at nyu for a very, very brief time. i miss NY so much! i’ve always wanted to see the show Alter Boys. i’m glad you enjoyed your trip. NY is very fun at this time of the year!

NYC is very expensive but there is so much to do there! I saw Alter Boyz when my mom came to visit in June, we enjoyed it a lot. Have a safe trip to Florida!
