MY FIRST DAYS IN TORONTO-ok

So far so good. I have been seeing my family which I realize is so important to me.

Wednesday I went to my SIL who lives about an hour away. She lives in a quiet, small city. She seems to be very well and adjusting to my brother’s death. She made a delicious lunch- pasta with vegies and salad. Then we talked and finally she had me plant a rose in her garden. She is a very spiritual person!

After that I picked up my sister – as pathetic as ever. We went out for supper to OUTBACK and then to visit my niece who has a new baby.

Today was a very LONG day. The traffic in Toronto is horrible and it is much worse when you don’t know your way around. I went to a special store where they sell pictures for three d art. They have so much and not all of it is easy to look through. I bought some small pictures but nothing that excited me.

Then it was time to meet my sister-in-law. Well did I ever get lost even though I called my hubby twice for directions!!! I got there an hour late. Anyhow we had lunch. After that I went to two stores to see if they would sell my three d art but they said that I am asking too much money. I am not sure what to do now. I guess I have to sell directly.

Then I came home for a rest but I didn’t really have enough time. I slept about 1/2 hour and then the phone rang. I got ready to go see my great nieces in a dance recital. First, of course I picked up my sister. I forgot to take the directions with me so we had to wing it. BAD IDEA!!! We got lost and arrived about 1/2 hour late. In the end it didn’t matter as my nieces were in a few dances. They are both so gorgeous!!!!! They danced beautifully.

After the dance we went to my nephew’s but only stayed a short time as it was late. Now I am eating and relaxing before I go to bed.

Tomorrow I am meeting another SIL for lunch. Then I am not sure what I will do. I would go for supper with my sister but first I have to check my account.

All in all I am having a super trip visiting with my family.
