RYN: In answer to your question, we usually have to go back to store for eggs and milk. It is mostly meats we can freeze and basics like flours, meats we can freeze, and extra jars of peanut butter that we buy in bulk. There is always a few items we will need to go to store for, but for most things that we can we buy in bulk and store it or freeze it. Love,
