MORE SHOPPING

 
In the morning I woke up late. I went swimming and met my hubby in the stained glass room to get his advice on how I should continue. I think I will just wing it. If it doesn’t work out the way I want it to then I’ll try something easier.
I would have liked to stay in the stained glass room. Instead I went with my hubby to TARGET. We bought an island for the kitchen. I have wanted one for a long time. I finally found one that will work. I need more counter room when I have to prepare supper for guests. My daughter is helping him put it together right now. I hope they can finish it tonight but hubby seemed to think it would take a long time. With my daughter helping maybe just maybe they can finish it tonight.
Then my daughter wanted to go to TOWN CENTER. I couldn’t refuse and as I need clothes for the cruise we went. My daughter and I went to TOWN CENTER. It is a huge mall and has some very expensive stores in it. I went into Macy’s because they are suppose to have great deals. I tried on some clothes. When a woman walked out of one of the dressing rooms I asked her what she thought. She did not like what I had on at all! I was going to buy three t-shirts which had ruffled 3/4 sleeves. I thought they were plain but cute. She said she use to be a buyer for large sized clothes in California. She went out to see what she could find for me. She brought back two tops which I bought. I never would have chosen them but hey looked cute. I am going to call her and hire her to take me shopping. I am so tired of wearing my old, drab and ill fitting clothes. I especially want decent clothes for the cruise. 
Now I’m  making onion soup for supper. Then I’ll sit and relax.
Tomorrow my daughter is leaving early in the morning. Hubby is going golfing. I’ll go swimming and then stained glass. Then I have to come home and wash the kitchen and dining room floor. I am having people for a cocktail party at seven. At nine we’ll go up to the clubhouse for a dance. Not sure how long we’ll stay. We will know a lot of people.
