LUNCH WITH MY COUSIN

 Yesterday my cousin picked me up and we went for lunch. We went to this yummy chicken restaurant. It got very noisy so we left. She wasn’t happy as she wanted to spend more time together but my back hurt and I couldn’t sit! She drove me down the street to see the exact location of my new dentist as I had an appointment at three. The street is always busy and there was no place to park. I didn’t care as there was a store I wanted to go to. She drove around looking for a parking place and finally just dropped me off. I went to the store, bought stuff I didn’t really need. I did get an anniversary card for my son.

I went to this new dentist. He was wonderful! Lots of patience. He explained what was wrong with my gums/mouth. He took a biopsy so we would know exactly what is wrong. Now I know why I can’t eat fruit etc. – stuff with acid. It has something to do with my condition. He told me that the liquid I was using for thirty seconds was a waste of time. I have to keep it in my mouth much longer. I have been wasting my time and money. I wonder if I should talk to the dentist who prescribed it for me. I might tell him to write the dentist. He gave me his email address and told me to write if I have any questions. Normally I have a few after I leave a doctor. As it is he wrote down everything and I can’t find the paper!!!!! I am very lucky that I heal so well as my mouth doesn’t hurt at all.

It was a very expensive visit! They wouldn’t take debit cards so I had to call hubby to bring a check and take me home. Once home I did a washing, made some supper and by nine I was in bed. I guess that’s why I’m up now at 2.

No plans for tomorrow. I may just walk over to the Mall to get some food. I don’t want to buy too much as we are hopefully leaving soon.

I still have to go to the dermatologist for a checkup.

I have to get results from the dentist. (oral surgeon)

I have to go to my regular dentist.

I have to get my hearing aids – hope fully this week.

I have to go get results from the doctor who sent me or so many tests because of my diarrhoea.

I have to go to my regular doctor. OY!

Then if all is well we will leave for FLORIDA!!!!! What a relief it will be.
