Yesterday was an upside down, mixed up day! I woke up early – very early. I had a big breakfast because my sugar was just a little over four. It’s never been so low!!! I am not sure if it is because of the Diabeta pill my doctor added before I came to Florida or it’s the Mulberry tablets I am taking. I am also swimming as often as I can and possibly that’s helping my sugar level also. I don’t know for sure and I don’t care. I’m just happy it’s lower than ever. One thing for sure I haven’t lost any weight. I’m disappointed but I’m just not eating after supper. I eat what I want during the day. I guess I am still eating too much.
Then about nine I went swimming. The water was warm like a bathtub. So delicious!!!! After swimming about fifteen minutes I realized it was Tuesday and I should be at my stained glass class. I was so frustrated. I didn’t want to leave the pool but I didn’t want to miss my class. What to do???? I decided I would finish my swimming and then go to my class. I went to the class and luckily my cousin was there so she loaned me some tools so I could work. Luckily we were at different stages of work so it worked out fine. I am almost finished my flower. I will be able to finish it at the next class and then do the next steps. Some people at the class are doing wonderful work. I am not sure what I will do next. My cousin made some copies for me but the picture looks so intricate. I don’t know if I want to do it. I guess I don’t have to decide this morning.
I came home for lunch. Then I went out to mail a few parcels to my grandchildren. I also mailed a newsletter from here to my sister. Her hubby is interested in coming next year but he wants something for 600 a month. It made me laugh as there is nothing lower than 1500 I think. My sister and her hubby are in St. Lucia for a week. Apparently her son gave them the trip for Christmas. I am not sure if I believe it as they always lie about everything. What do I care if they spent their own money but probably not because my BIL is a cheap bastard…………………..
I went to the bank to get rid of the change I was saving. What an amazing little machine! I dropped in my coins and the machine counted it and gave me a slip for 57! YEAH!! I went to my bank and deposited that with other money I had saved. The mystery is that when I went to my bank account online there is nothing listed from a few days ago so it shows my account as overdrawn but I am sure it isn’t. It also showed money in my savings and I am confused as I haven’t put any money in. I know it’s something with keep the change. Money is so confusing for me. Anyhow I’ll check my account later today and I’m sure the numbers will be different.
After that I went to PUBLIX and bought some cookies and chips. I didn’t have any for awhile and I like to have a nosh.
I came home and went to the pool for about an hour. I worked on my needlepoint. Then I came home and had a nap. I made supper and then we played bridge.
This morning I am doing the washing. Next will be swimming. Then I am going out with a friend. She is the one who has cancer but is holding on. She stays here about two weeks and then goes home for treatment. She wants to go to TOYS R US to buy a present for her granddaughter. I have more stuff to mail…………………..want to stop by the KOSHER store. I’ll have to see how much she is up for. Tonight we are going to PF Chang for supper. After we’ll probabably play bridge. Sounds like a busy dizzy day.
