LAST FEW DAYS-ok

I have been very busy what with my son and grandson here and my daughter coming to visit. Tonight the noise got to me so I crawled into bed. Although I was falling asleep in the chair around eight, after lying in bed awhile I got up again. My grandson is sleeping and my son and daughter went out so it is peaceful once again. My hubby is also in bed. Although I am very glad they are here I am more than ready for them to go home so I can have my clean and peaceful house back again. My grandson is adorable and good as gold. This afternoon I wanted to take him out but my daughter and son didn’t want to go so he wouldn’t go just with me. I’ll never understand that so I went out for awhile alone. I needed to get out! I went to return some stuff I bought him at TOYS R US. I knew he shouldn’t buy them and they turned out to be junk so back they went. I was happy they took them back without a hassle.

Seems like my hubby has a cold or his sinuses are bothering him. I am suppose to be making supper for his family tomorrow but I will cancel it if he doesn’t feel good. I only invited everyone so they could see my grandson. My hubby has been more nervous lately. I am sure it’s because my son is here. We aren’t use to the racket anymore and the house is turned upside down. I could care less but I bet it is bothering him. My son and grandson are leaving Friday morning. I’m happy they were only here for about six days.

We are planning to make my eldest son a surprise party. It will be a party to show how much we all appreciate everything he does for this family. Whenever someone has a problem of any kind they can count on him. Just this week he spent a lot of time helping out my other son’s girlfriend. Her son has been sick since my son left and she has no one to depend on. He has also loaned my daughter money when she was broke. He babysits for his brother. He does messages and right now he is looking after our house all winter. It will be a small party with just the people he really loves and helps out. I will ask everyone to say something about why they appreciate him. I plan to write a song. I am sure it will make him very happy and he will KNOW that we do appreciate all that he does.

Tomorrow is my son’s last day. My grandson has a golf lesson in the afternoon. I am not going to do anything with them in the morning. My son takes so long to get ready. Today we hung around till 12!!! I am going to a talk at lunchtime. I sure hope supper gets canceled!!!!!!!!

My son has been stressed while he was here. He had some work to finish. He is also busy with his girlfriend. She is trying to sell her house. She had an offer but things weren’t working out. He was on the telephone for hours over suppertime.

Friends have been calling to make plans for the weekend. I am so not interested. I think it’s because I am exhausted having the kids here. We are going out Sunday. Not sure about Friday and Saturday. Maybe I’ll be spared if my hubby doesn’t feel well. I’ll be happy to get my craft room back in order, work on my crafts and stay home.

It’s a shame because the weather has been cold since my son arrived. We did get to the beach yesterday but didn’t get wet.

Guess that brings you up to date. Going to read some of your entries. I’m nervous to stay on this web site when my children are around.
