JUST ANOTHER DAY

This morning I woke up early. I got ready to go to my course at the senior center. The teacher talked to us about Turkey and all the exciting places to visit if we ever go there. Who know?? Maybe one day!
Then I went for lunch with a friend. I have known her for a long time but we were never close. She is in the same campground we are in. Over the past summer we became more friendly. Actually I reached out to her and I started to join her and two other friends on Sunday to cut coupons. Her husband has been sick for quite a few years. Next Friday he will have a major operation to remove a tumour. I won’t be able to go to the hospital on Friday because of the Jewish holidays but hopefully on Saturday to see how they are doing.
After that I went to get gas and came home for a long nap.
I went out for supper with friends to the same restaurant they love to go to and I am very tired of.
I just spoke to my daughter. She suggested strongly that I make supper Friday night so I just sent everyone I could an email. I’ve been debating back and forth but my daughter convinced me. I will serve delly so it will be prepared and easy. I told people they can come from 5:30 to whenever. I have no idea how many people I will have but I expect people to answer me by tomorrow. I will just go to the delly and buy a bunch of stuff. It will be very easy. I will place everything on our dining room. I will use plastic etc.
Just realized we have a doctor’s appointment Friday afternoon at 2. I guess I will have to have everything ready before I leave. The table is set up. We’ll open bridge chairs as needed. Tomorrow afternoon I will buy everything. OY!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyhow this will be a surprise for my hubby. He doesn’t have to do anything. We were going out for supper with his sister so this will be just as easy. HAH!!!!!! I guess I will also buy some barbecue chicken and…………………
Better get to bed. I have a few busy days ahead.
