IT’S NOT OK
TO CONSTANTLY NAG YOUR HUBBY AND/OR CHILDREN TO DO SOMETHING.
TO CONSTANTLY BE CONCERNED ABOUT YOURS OR EVERYONE ELSE’S WEIGHT.
TO CONSTANTLY BE CLEANING SO YOU HAVE NO TIME TO SPEND WITH YOUR FAMILY.
TO DRIVE WHILE TALKING ON THE PHONE OR TEXTING.
TO SPEND MONEY THAT YOU DON’T HAVE. LOL
TO DO THINGS FOR OTHERS WITH RESENTMENT.
TO GOSSIP.
TO EAT AND COMPLAIN.
TO MAKE YOUR CHILDREN ESPECIALLY YOUR DAUGHTERS OBSESSED WITH THEIR WEIGHT.
TO NOT EXERCISE OR MOVE IN SOME PHYSICAL WAY EVERYDAY.
TO NOT RESPECT PEOPLE ESPECIALLY PARENTS.
TO ALLOW CHILDREN TO DO WHATEVER THEY WANT ESPECIALLY WHEN OUT AND ABOUT.
TO NOT LEAVE A TIP FOR A WAITRESS.
TO LEAVE INFANTS UNDER 6 MONTHS MAYBE EVEN A YEAR IN DAYCARE.
