ISRAEL AGAIN

I am so upset about the war in Israel. Why can’t it end? Will there ever be peace? There are so many sad pictures online.
Yesterday was another day following my routine of swimming, stained glass and then the outdoor pool. I worked on my needlepoint and it is going very well. I am so happy! Maybe I will get it done after all. I even worked on it after supper. I find that I am tired after supper so it is hard to sit and watch TV or do anything. Last night we were in bed a little after nine!
Today I will do the same. Maybe I will take pictures of my stained glass to show you. I must remember to take my phone with me to class. I usually don’t take it as I don’t want to leave it in the locker while I’m swimming.
We have been eating supper at home. I don’t mind at all. My worse thing is deciding what to make. Years ago I had a schedule for a whole month. I’m not sure how long I did it but remember that it helped very much. I already took out some chicken breast for supper for tomorrow night. I would make a chicken soup but I would have to go out to buy all the ingredients. Maybe I’ll make it on Saturday…………………..I love to make and eat chicken soup.

I need:

containers as I never have enough – I have a lot with a vegie soup I already made and froze.

parsley
caulifower
carrots
celery
onions
turnip maybe
chicken of course

I will go shopping after lunch tomorrow.
I don’t plan to go swimming on Saturdays. Instead I will do the washing and can make the soup. YUMMY!!!!!
So now I’m going back to bed. I have the next few days planned.

just reading revelations in the bible and it scares me. might be the beginning of the end times, if we aren’t already in them. all we can do is pray for peace in israel. take care,

You organized a whole month of meals? WOW. I don’t think I could decide and then stick to it. I usually tentatively plan out the week while grocery shopping but can’t even do that now that RJ is doing the shopping. I would love to see pics of your stained glass!

That war is scary. I hope it doesn’t escalate.

In church, a few years back, we were taught & told, to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, and Israel. I do. I agree with Gray Tabby, as the world is going very off course. It could be the beginning of the end times. Prayer, prayer, and more prayer. ***I LOVE homemade soup. I make it, too!! bighugz :*))

I made a big pot of veggie soup last weekend. I had a container of roasted red bell pepper humus and I used the entire amount as the base of my soup, along with one can of tomato paste and some cumin for spice. It turned out really delicious. This week I’m making chicken gumbo soup.
