I’M IN HEAVEN – OK
I have to admit and give thanks that I am here in Florida. It’s wonderful. The sun is shining. It’s warm. Hubby is so happy and helpful here. He wishes he could live here all the time.
I am finally unpacked. I have so much JUNK! I will have to get rid of some or reorganize everything. This is a small apartment. I am debating whether I should bring some extra clothes to Toronto so my son could take it back to Montreal. Maybe I should pack some in a valise and put it in our locker……………………
I have been going swimming every other day so far. The water is delicious.
My hubby’s sister had to cancel her trip. The doctor saw something on her uterus so she ahs to wait until a specialist sees her xrays. She has had two cancer operation so hopefully she’ll be ok. What a mess! She has to cancel her plane tickets, her car was going to be shipped etc. I’m glad I’m going to Toronto on Friday so I will be able to see her. I guess that’s why most people are so nervous before they leave for Florida. They hope the doctors won’t find anything wrong.
Tomorrow will be my shopping day. My hubby is playing golf in the morning.
The messages I have to do:
1. check with car mechanic to have my window fixed
2. post office to mail stuff to my grandchildren
3. JC Penney to look for shoes and slippers
4. Dollarstore to look for containers – I bought some in Montreal and hope to find them here
5. Festival Flea Market – to buy something for my very favourite SIL
6. Boca senior center to pick up pamphlets about what’s going on
It will be a very busy day so I should go back to sleep. It’s the first time since I’m here that I have been up in the middle of the night.
i think your number 6 errand sounds like a lot of fun. i’m sure there’s lots going on. take care,

It’s interesting how the different environment really brings out the best in your husband! ryn: Toronto’s been pretty mild, though this week it’s down in the single digits. Sunny though, and no snow yet, so that’s good. 🙂 My website, thanks for asking! Well, it’ll just have to wait – I ddidn’t realize the scope of the job before I started. Now I’m in over my head and realize it’ll cost at least another $2000 or $3000 to complete, then about $500 to maintain it. Maybe next year.

RYN: Frank was my second husband who beat me all the time. I left him and the courts gave me his kids. Roger is his son, and since he moved in with his dad to take care of him Roger is starting to act the same way. I have been nice and let them come visit but the way they acted this last time I do not want them back. Love
