I WILL NOT COMPLAIN
I know that I am living a very privileged life.
I have two vans. I drove to Florida because I love the drive. My husband’s van was already here! I want to sell hubby’s car but my daughter does’t want me to. In a few weeks I’ll drive home and leave his car here for next winter.
I bought a piano at the beginning of the winter. The teacher I have from home is also here for the winter so my lessons continue. I love playing the piano.
I am taking woodcarving lessons at the local senior center. Also will continue at home.
I joined the synagogue here. It’s an amazing place – so alive and vital. Hundreds of people turn up for services every Saturday.
I am taking an art class at the Boca Museum. Love the teacher and the class.
In the summer I went to ISRAEL with my son and grandson. We went on a tour with our Rabbi who we all love. My grandson went for free because someone in our synagogue donated money to sponsor the boys who had their Bar Mitzvahs that year.
I am having counselling sessions by phone. They are helping but I still have a way to go.
I am struggling to be content and happy. I don’t know why it’s such an issue.
I am watching the Olympics. I love the skating.
I will go have breakfast and I will have a wonderful day.
You do sound so invigorated, supported, and happier than in the past. Good news all.
