HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT ONCE AND FOR ALL -ok
Walking in the grocery store I saw so many magazines which have articles about losing weight. Companies make billions of dollars telling us women how to lose weight. Well I am going to tell you how you can lose weight and be happy once and for all.
1. First of all go to your bookcases and throw out every book and/or magazines you have dealing with diets. You won’t need them anymore. This includes calories counters, scales etc.
DON’T BUY ANYMORE. YOU KNOW THEY DON’T WORK AND YOU ARE WASTING MONEY.
2. Throw out or give away all low calorie food. If you are going to use salad dressing use the best but less. You probably don’t need as much if it’s real because it is more concentrated.
3. Now go to the mirror and give yourself a big hug and a smile. You must LOVE yourself!!!
4. Do you have gray hair? You earned every gray hair.
5. Celebrate your uniqueness. Noone in the world is like you.
6. To lose weight you must eat.
7. To live you must eat.
8. The more you try to limit what you eat the more you will end up eating more than you should.
9. You must eat three meals a day with a snack in between every meal. You don’t want to get hungry. If your body thinks it won’t be getting any food it will store what you’ve eaten.
10. Eat anything and everything. If you love chocolate and don’t allow yourself to eat some you will crave it and go on a binge.
11. Walk where ever you can.
12. Participate in sports.
13. Don’t weigh yourself. You can tell if you are losing weight by the way your clothes fit.
14. So eat everything but in moderation.
15. Don’t wait until you are hungry to eat. Try to eat at regular intervals. Some meals you will eat more others less.
15. Don’t be hard on yourself. If you are you will not be able to lose weight.
16. Plan to eat lots of vegies and fruits.
17. Avoid sugar and salt.
18. Avoid processed foods.
19. When you go to the supermarket walk around the outside of the store. Not up and down the aisles. On the outside you usually have fruits and vegies, fish, meat and dairy.
20. Finally be happy. STOP looking at yourself as a FAT woman. You are wonderful! You are unique. You don’t want to waste your life which is so short by supporting large companies and feeling ugly, fat etc.
I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT AND IF YOU CAN’T YOU ARE STILL OK.
I’ve discovered the key to weight loss and I’m going to make millions on it. Eat less, Move more! 😉

I have lost about 18lbs in the last three months and have brought my blood sugars down to normal, along with my Avandia – thank goodness — for some of us it is a matter of life or death or insulin! My Dr. told me I am close to having to use insulin — I don’t want to do that. Diabetes sufferers, beware. Lots of people DO lose wt. and keep it off. It all depends…
