HORSEBACK RIDING – OK

This morning hubby and I woke up very early. We have such warm pleasant chats before we get up sometimes. He always jokes about renting out my bed because I have been sleeping so little. I did go back to bed after breakfast. Then I went on the treadmill for forty four minutes. In between I did my back exercises. After a shower and getting dressed I left the house.
I drove out to West Island where my children live – one son at least. I stopped at the Dollar store. I bought a bunch of stuff like containers, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, some notepads and pens. What a cheap place to satisfy my shopping habit. Then I went for lunch. Oh yes I stopped by the bookstore to buy a BRIDGE book. I read it during  a yummy lunch of chicken and fries.
After lunch I went to the art store and bought supplies. Time to start painting again! I think I should give the egg decorating a rest. After all what will I do with all of them.
I also plan to start a baby quilt this week. Tomorrow my friend is coming to help me with two of my quilts.
I picked up my grandson about three thirty. I went through a Dunkin Donut drive through to get us a snack. I drove to the farm and my grandson had a horse back riding lesson. He learned how to give the horse a bath etc.
For supper he wanted to go to McDonalds to get a toy. I couldn’t convince him to eat somewhere else and then go buy the toy.
I brought him home about seven thirty. The other two children were already in bed. My son’s girlfriend was exhausted and in pain so I didn’t stay long. She has some sort of arthritis I think. She works so hard. I don’t know what type of life they can have when she is in pain and tired. My son has the patience of JOB.
Now I’m home to relax and read some entries maybe. I am rereading my diary so not reading your entries that often. I will be able to relax once I finish my whole diary.

Sometimes I worrty about how I will cope of my hubby goes senile. of course I try to be realisitic. It could be me so I shouldn’t worry but at times it overwhems me.
Anyhow time to move on.

I tell Ryan he can’t go senile because that’s my thing. I called it first. He just gets to put up with all of it.

I think Owl and I will be going senile at the same time. We are really helping each other with memory already!

your opening sentence warmed my heart, as I have often felt you and your hubs weren’t that close. Keep smiling, hugs P

i often used to beg my kids to eat anywhere else and i’d buy them a toy…it just doesn’t have the same effect to them i guess. my grand daughter is only 22 months but she doesn’t give a rip about that toy-hope it stays that way!
