HOME AT LAST-ok

I came home from Toronto last night around six. The trip home was ok until we hit Montreal and ALOT of traffic. I was suppose to make supper for my kids but we just got home too late. I was trying to reach people on the phone but couldn’t and no one could reach me because my phone didn’t ring. It’s happened before. I took it to BELL. They showed me what to do. Now I forgot what to do so I will have to go back. I think I will look into buying another phone.
Instead we went to my son’s for supper. He picked up food so it was easy.
My husband is still in Toronto and will stay a few more days. He feels sad that he won’t be here to say goodbye to our daughter on Monday but right now he needs to be with his brother. What a mess! My SIL is still sick so not able to get to the hospital.
Soon I am going with my daughter to pick up my grandson. We’ll spend about two hours with him. Then I’ll take him home and go shopping. I want to go to Chapters book store and buy some clothes.
My eldest son has fallen in love with a girl!!!! I guess I should say woman. She has many strikes against her but he has fallen hard. He met her while working at our senior home a few months ago. She was living with someone so he backed off. Now he saw on Facebook that she was single again. She has many strikes against her in my opinion. She has three children from different fathers – two at least. She has moved in and out with this guy at least twice before. One thing for sure is that I will not get close or meet her children because it will probably end in heartbreak. She is also French so we would have a real difficult time communicating. Anyhow I hope he asks her for a date and gets in out of his system. He really is anxious to meet someone. I hope he does.
So now on with my day. I’m anxious to get on the Wii and see how much I weigh after being away and eating out all week.
