GUESS WHERE I AM?-ok
I’m at Barnes and Noble and I’m using the small ACER computer I bought when I first arrived in Florida. I just never had a chance to use it before. Since I arrived I have been so busy with one thing and another. Things should quiet down now as I am settled in and Hanukah is over.
I woke up early but then slept on the couch while I did three loads of washing!!!! Hubby helped me fold it. He really is a very wonderful man.
I planned to go shopping today with my daughter but in the end she had a call from a friend who was lonely etc. so she met her instead.
I went to the quilt store to look around. I have their schedule for classes in January. I am not sure what I will register for. There were lots of things I could buy but for whatever reason I didn’t. It’s strange! Sometimes I buy everything in sight and sometimes I don’t. Next I went to Penney’s to look at clothes and purses but nothing caught my attention.
Then I came looking for Barnes and Noble but I found Borders instead. I looked around but again bought nothing. I looked at the SONY READER as I really want to get that or the KINDLE. I can’t make up my mind which one to buy and I can’t part with the money. I wonder if I should try to download books on here and read on this tine computer.
I finally found Barnes and Noble and sitting here with a coffee and enjoying my computer.
Not sure what we are doing tonight. For my part we can stay home but sure hubby will want to do something so we will.
Now I think I will finish reading my book – TURBULENT SOULS by Stephen Dubner. It’s about a couple that changes from Jewish to Catholic. They have eight children and then the youngest converts to Judaism. Interesting but want to finish it so I can move on to other books.
So I think I’ll add msn on here and aol messenger.
That’s all folks.
Sounds like a great little computer if you can do so much with it yet it’s so small.

Sounds like you are having a wonderful day. We are getting ready to go out to dinner and a movie for Desi’s birthday party. We had planned a big to do with her inviting two of her friends for a movie, dinner and sleep over, but neither friend could make it so family is still taking her out, hehe. Her actual birthday is the 30th but we like to plan sleepovers for weekends. So she will get somethingspecial on her birthday too. Love,

When I go shopping, once I buy the first thing, I start finding things I want to buy! But sometimes it’s just hard to make that move and buy the first item. The bookstore is always fun. I want a tiny computer but it costs a monthly fee to use the internet. I already pay enough darn monthly fees!

I love Barnes and Noble! We don’t have one where I moved (or any decent bookstore, actually) so I miss it. Theres nothing like being surrounded with by books with a good cup of coffee 🙂

New toys! 🙂 I went to Beall’s and had good luck. Penny’s is overpriced a lot of the time. Interesting book. I would think parents who converted themselves would be open-minded if one of their children should choose something else and that it would be a non-issue. I’m glad you had a good Hanukkah, Ginger!
