FUNDAY FOR TWO

This afternoon I picked up my grandson from school. We drove a half hour out of the city to a horse ranch. My grandson was given a horseback riding lesson. He really enjoyed himself especially when the horse began to trot. He had a chance to put hay in the stalls and feed "his" horse an apple.  I hope to take him back often as I think it is a great experience. I also want to try taking my other grandson. He is very timid so not sure he would enjoy it.
Then I took him home and played with my granddaughter. She has a beautiful room. She put on a tape and  we danced. Well she had a good laugh as we were dancing around an area rug. Sometimes I would turn around quickly and lift her up. I just love spending time with children. They make me feel young and alive.
My hubby went to the country this morning so I am alone in this big house. I don’t know why I am brave about so many things but I am so afraid of sleeping alone!!! I don’t mind sleeping in motels but here at home I am scared. CRAZY!!! I don’t know how to get over it.
Anyhow I better try to get some sleep. Tomorrow I will pack up and drive out to the country.
