FRIENDS???????????? -ok

One of my friends just called from Las Vegas!!!! She is there for three days and then going on a cruise.She is having a great time. It is her first time there. I have never been.

Anyhow I told her about our weekend. Then  I said that we will go up a few more weekends as there is more to do there. Here we sit alone all weekend but at the campground there are always people around if you feel so inclined. Besides my hubby loves being there.

Anyhow this friend closed her trailer at the end of September. So she says why didn’t I think of staying in the city and doing things with them???? I didn’t even think of that????? Why NOT???? Who knows?

It’s not the same. In the country we can see people informally during the day. In the city we would have to make a date.

Anyhow she is always complaining that I don’t think of her. I guess she is right. What can I do?
