FIRST DAY OF A LONG WEEKEND

Yesterday was the first day of a long weekend. In the morning I did my exercise on the Wii and I prepared to leave. I should bring my other Wii here as I have plenty of time to use it.
We arrived about 1. We unpacked and went into town to buy some food. I also went to the Dollar store and bought some crayons for "crayon painting." It should be fun. It’s different and just what I need here. Hubby barbecued ribs for supper – the meat was a little tough. I should have boiled the meat first I think. Anyone have a delicious recipe for ribs?
Before supper I walked over to my neighbour who recently lost her best friend. We talked for awhile. She wasn’t feeling well so not sure if she’ll stay today.
After supper I left the dishes and we walked over to a neighbour. We sat and talked for a couple of hours. We will play Canasta with them tonight.
This morning hubby is going to play golf. I have a full day planned.
I want to go through this trailer and reorganize some stuff.
I will visit a friend who is having trouble with hips etc. She is waiting for an operation.
I have to take pictures of my friend’s trailer as she wants to sell it. I will list it on Craig’s list and KIJIJI.
I want to take all the paper off the crayons so I can try to do the crayon painting. If it works I will try it with my grandson.
So that’s my day. Time for breakfast.
