DOWN IN THE DUMPS
I am feeling down and not sure why.
Maybe it’s because my daughter left.
Maybe it’s because of my hubby.
BUT I DON’T LIKE TO FEEL DOWN.
It happens every few months give or take a month.
I never really understand why.
I get sad.
I feel like crying.
I don’t want to be bothered with anyone.
I just want to be left alone.
I just came back from making a food order.
I didn’t buy anything else.
I was going to buy some magazines but on the covers they all advertise losing twenty pounds in five minutes or less. That’s not what I want to do if I have free time.
So now I have to put all the food away.
Thank goodness I have enough room for everything.
Thank goodness I can afford to buy food.
Thank goodness I have the energy to shop and put away.
I made a stew early in the afternoon so supper is ready.
Tonight friends are coming over to play Canasta. Hubby and I will have to give them a refresher course as they haven’t played for a long time. So I better go get ready.
I would like to have time for a rest.
.
Big hugs. Hope you feel better soon.

It’s OK to miss your daughter……I feel the same way when my daughter leaves. We will never get over with it…….BUT, there are times when she visits that I feel relieved when her visit is over. Now THAT just doesn’t make very good sense…..does it?

maybe a nice walk will help…not near any shops or food places…just in a park or the countryside. Tuning in to nature really can help one regain perspective. hugs p
