DON’T

I am so fed up with all the don’ts that I hear from everyone. They scare you half to death. According to them you have to live in a giant bubble all alone.
 
1. DON’T SWIM IN THE POOL ESPECIALLY DON’T PUT YOUR HEAD UNDER WATER.

2. YOU MUST DRINK EIGHT GLASSES OF WATER A DAY.

3. EGGS ARE BAD FOR YOU.

4. NO COFFEE DURING THE DAY.

5. CHEESE AND MILK ARE NOT FOR HUMANS – ONLY ANIMALS

6. TOO MUCH TV AND YOUR BRAIN WILL WITHER AND DIE

7. AT LEAST A HALF HOUR OF EXERCISE EVERY FEW HOURS.

8. KEEP YOUR BRAIN ACTIVE. DO WORD GAMES AND MORE.

9. DON’T GET PAINT ON YOUR HANDS. IT WILL TRAVEL DEEP INTO YOUR BODY.

10. DON’T EAT BREAD FOR SUPPER IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT.

11. A TOMATO A DAY WILL KEEP THE POUNDS AWAY.

12. DECAFFINATED  COFFEE AND TEA ARE BETTER FOR YOU.

13. WEIGH YOURSELF EVERYDAY AND TWICE A DAY ON SUNDAY. BEWARE OF THOSE EXTRA, UGLY POUNDS. THEY WILL SHORTEN YOUR LIFE.

14. CELL PHONES WILL CAUSE CANCER OF THE BRAIN.

I know that people mean well and some of these may be true and/or effective. It just makes me crazy because there are just too many warnings out there. It’s a challenge to decide what to do. 

LIKE EAT EGGS; DON’T EAT EGGS

COFFEE IS OK: COFFEE IS NOT OK

DON’T SIT ON THE TOILET SEAT BECAUSE IT IS THINGS THAT YOU TOUCH THAT ARE PROBABLY MORE DANGEROUS.

HOW MANY TIMES A DAY SHOULD WE WASH OUR HANDS???

ON AND ON AND ON…………………..

EVERYTHING IN MODERATION IS WHAT I SAY!!!!!!!!!!!

You are right, moderation is the key. It is best to eat eggs early in the day, but sometimes eating them later is just fine. Washing hands to often can dry them out. So I say use your own judgement for what is right for you. This from an old nurse,hehe. Love,

yep I agree but I have to wash my hands a lot because I touch people. I know the risks and take precautions when I can.
