DAY ONE-6875 entry

So yesterday was my first day on the road. I was woken by the phone ringing about eight. I don’t know why my cousin calls so early. I was fast asleep so never answered. By nine I was on the road. I drove for a short while and then stopped at a McDonalds for breakfast. I love their hash browns. Then I drove to Lake Worth where I stopped at a needlepoint store. My cousin told me that’s where her friends went to buy beads for their needlepoint. Of course they had some beads but very little. I ended up buying a needlepoint. It says: BE THE KIND OF WOMAN THAT WHEN YOUR FEET HIT THE GROUND IN THE MORNING THE DEVIL SAYS, OH CRAP, SHE’S UP!!!!!!".
Then I drove to Cocoa Beach. I was looking for a bead store. I should have known better. I went at least an hour out of my way. The scenery was exciting but I never did find the store. I also need to remember that some stores are not open on Mondays. Next I drove to Daytona Beach. I went to Hobby Lobby. Next I went to Barnes and Noble but didn’t buy anything. I drove until Georgia. By this time I was pretty exhausted.  I saw a terrible accident. It made me drive slower! I am at a Hampton Inn. I think I’ve stayed here before. I went for supper at Millstone right across the street – had a delicious steak.
So now it’s 6:22. Guess it’s time to get dressed and leave. No use sitting around. I just couldn’t sleep. I LOVE LUCY is on. YEAH!
