COUNTING DOWN

We are counting down the days until we leave Florida. I am quite anxious about the future. It’s so scary not knowing what will be but I guess it’s also a good thing.
I know that taking it one day at a time will make it EASY!
So tomorrow we leave on our cruise. I can’t wait! It couldn’t have come at a better time. I am ready to be catered to.
Then we come back next Saturday and start getting ready to leave………..
so of course there is packing and more packing.
there is the newspaper to cancel
there is the phone, TV and internet to stop while we’re away.

I’ve already started to use as much food as possible especially the meat but my freezers will still be full or half full when I leave. My cleaning lady will take it or give it away or throw it out.

Then my son will arrive on the 14th. If we’re ready we’ll pack the cars in the afternoon and leave on the fifteenth. Although we may stay one extra day to let him relax a bit. It will take us two days to get home.

Once home we will UNPACK. I will get ready for Passover. I sure hope my cleaning lady can come help because if she can’t I won’t be able to make the seders myself.

At the same time we will be signing for our condo which will be ours at the end of March. Maybe this afternoon I will make an appointment with our interior decorator to help us choose colours. I would like a dark red wall. We’ll see what she says. Then of course I will start major packing and throwing out although I did alot before I left.

We’ll celebrate Passover and then get ready to move. Of course we still haven’t sold out house but we’re moving anyways. Probably not until May or June as there won’t be any rush. I want the house painted and all the repairs done before I move in. 

So now it’s off to the clubhouse. More later. I can’t wait to see all the artwork.
