CONDO NEWS-edited

We are thinking about moving out of our family home and moving into a condo where we will have much less responsibility. Tonight we went to see the condo. We both liked it. It has a huge living/dining room. The kitchen is also large with a lot of cupboards and drawers etc. The master bedroom is also a big size. I think we will probably make an offer. The agent came back to our house and told us what we could expect to get for our house ………..probably around 450,000. We would have to offer that amount or more for the condo. So far so good. It comes with two parking places and a huge storage room. It’s across from a mall. It is on a quiet crescent. It is next door to another condo building where I know a lot of people. There is an outdoor pool. If we move it will probably be in May or June after we come back from Florida.

It is a very exciting time. Not sure what will happen. I will keep you all posted.
